At Stylixofficial, we carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure you receive the correct product in good condition.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive a different product from what you ordered.

In case of a damaged product, our team will review the issue first. A return will only be approved after inspection and confirmation that the damage qualifies under our return policy.

Change of mind, personal preference, or simply not wanting the product anymore will not be considered a valid reason for return.
